Towns Title is a family owned business with offices located in two of Florida's finest cities, Cape Coral and Stuart. This enables us to service coast to coast of the sunshine state.  Our eager to please and hard working staff include Rick Towns, the owner along with  daughters Courtney Towns Bodine and Jaimee Towns Carmody. Rick is a short sale negotiator and spends most of his days on the phone with lenders negotiating the best possible solution.  He would rather be fishing and welcomes the opportunity to show you paradise by water. Courtney is the office manager and closer for the Cape Coral office. Jaimee is the office manager, closer and licensed agent for the Stuart office. Melodi Gaide is our processor and although not one of our children has been a part of our family since the beginning of Towns Title.
