We are a family owned business with offices located in two of Florida’s finest cities, Cape Coral and Stuart. This enables us to service coast to coast of the sunshine state.  Our eager to please and hard working staff include Rick and Debbie Towns, the owners along with their daughters Courtney Towns Bodine and Jaimee Towns Carmody. Rick is retired and spends most of his days on the water fishing. He would love the opportunity to show you paradise by water. Debbie is the licensed agent for the Cape Coral office and spends her day processing and funding files. Courtney is the office manager and closer for the Cape Coral office. Jaimee is the office manager, closer and licensed agent for the Stuart office. Their husbands are Jesse Bodine and Ryan Carmody. Jesse meets with contractors to have construction loan documents executed, pick up escrow checks and delivers commission, payoff, insurance and or tax collector checks in addition to being the liaison with the recording office. Ryan is manager of the policy department and is always available for pick up and delivery of checks or any other services needed for the Stuart office. Melodi Gaide is our processor and although not one of our children has been a part of our family since the beginning of Towns Title.
